Natural Remedy Conquers Nasal Congestion

½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon of powdered ginger
3 tablespoons of all natural organic honey
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1. Add the lemon juice to apple cider vinegar in a pot and bring it to a simmer.
2. Stir in raw organic honey, cayenne pepper and powdered ginger.
3. Store the mixture in a jar in a cool, dark place.
For adults, take 1-2 tablespoons daily as needed. Shake well before using.
This natural remedy works on several levels. It acts as an expectorant, loosening the mucus and making it easier to cough it up and expel it from your body.
